HOW IT WORKS The bodyroll machine is an electric machine that provides a deep-tissue massage. It features wooden rollers set between two padded platforms.
The authentic high-quality wood allows comfort and durability . Their shape is uniquely sculpted to mimic the fingers of a masseuse more so than a flat roller would, and manipulate the lymph to get things moving. The Bodyroll machine is equipped with an infrared light, which encourages regeneration of our cells.
When it comes to our lymphatic system infrared therapy can help detoxify, and continued treatment can help relieve pain and reduce muscle tension in our bodies. It helps improve our overall circulation and lower our blood pressure to promote continuous flow through our lymphatic vessels.
The Session: Each session is 45 minutes long and comprises 15 special 3 minute positions beginning at your feet and working all the way up to your arms.
